Hi, I’m Cindy.
I’m a doctoral-prepared Family Nurse Practitioner and have been working in the medical field since 2012. Throughout my career, I’ve always been passionate about helping people feel their best; not just treating illness, but supporting overall health, energy, and quality of life.
My interest in health and wellness extends far beyond my clinical practice. For well over a decade, I’ve studied nutrition, exercise, metabolic health, and lifestyle medicine. I truly believe that when we feel strong, healthy, and energized, every other aspect of our lives improves.
Outside of work, I enjoy staying active through CrossFit, running, and weightlifting. Fitness and wellness are a big part of my life, and that personal passion helps me better understand the goals and challenges many of my patients face.
One of the most rewarding parts of my work is helping people regain confidence in their health. Whether it’s improving energy, reaching wellness goals, or simply feeling better day-to-day, I’m deeply committed to supporting each patient along their journey.
My goal is to provide care that is thoughtful, individualized, and rooted in both medical science and practical lifestyle support.
I believe healthcare should be collaborative, supportive, and focused on long-term wellness; not just quick fixes. My approach is centered on helping patients build sustainable habits, understand their bodies, and feel empowered in their health decisions. Seeing patients gain confidence in their health and well-being is truly what makes this work so meaningful to me.
